   CRIED I OF FATES
" She couldn't see through when
she broke the little heart"

Bright were those days as bright as Bilqees
You are in grace as you are Bilqees
So true is my dream again in company of Bilqees?
I rejoiced in those hours in delight with Bilqees
Yes, Indeed you are Bilqees
Friends and relatives said, "Everywhere, are girls"
Nay, I answered, different is Bilqees
Out of sight was not of minds
Ever and anon. my word is Bilqees
Past Bilqees and present Bilqees
So indeed future Bilqees
What hearts conjure are a product of minds
Products of minds utter words
I am afraid Bilqees; you uttered separations
Cry of destiny, cried I of fates
"Oh! Afflictions befall not my senses
And separate myself - Myself from Bilqees
And leave me without - without Bilqees"
Where is joy and where is happiness?
You own my joy - You own my happiness
Where is wealth without happiness?
The loss of you is the loss of happiness
Here I am stranded and hopeless
Love injects and love betrays
Love makes man and love destroys
Believe in me. I believe Oh! Bilqees
There you go and leave me in loss?
Life is a misery without Bilqees
Prayed I, I pray in loss
"Oh! God of love, descend on Bilqees
Amid Bilqees is a bulk of jobs
Bless Bilqees at the dawn of days
Let success envelop Bilqees
Let Bilqees get what she wants
Let Bilqees be what she prays
Let Bilqees love whom she pleases"
I lost all hope in your words, Bilqees
We dwell a short time in this world of ours
More is my Grief when I remember gone days
Bygone days were happy days
Cried I my throat is sore
The name Ibraheem is no longer a pride

   MEMORIES
They call those tunes
That make me dance
They pursue those dreams
That make me sour

Me - mo - ries
They track my hopes
They make me frail
They hold those ends
They make me fall

Me - mo - ries
On placid pearls
They build their pride
With diamond chains
Of golden rings
At wish they please
They knot my glees

Me-mo-ries
You form my lyrics
You design my tone

Me-mo-ries
At your feet I bend
On knees I cruise
At your dub I die
Or I rise lively
In bows I call your names
Countless

Me-mo-ries
Let love be come in thy good calls
Let life spring from thy bleak fears
Me-mo-rieees

   YET I"LL BELIEVE IN HER
How foolish was I
To let love happen
With the noble thought
It is the joy of life

Forsaken I am
Flame of love
Chilled my soul
Triggered my anger
And betrayed my weakness

My course was upright
My thoughts were rigid
My belief was firm
I would never shrink

Just out of the blue
She smiled on my face
That lurched my heart
And clouded my vision
I lost control

She altered my course
Changed my belief
Subdued my pride
Then wooed my love

But she turned her back
Waved me out
Walked out of me
Calling me names
Yet I'll believe in her

So true it proves
That love is the most
Ardent passion
Of human heart
