chit-chat / There ought to be a law!!!

You know how sometimes you just start thinking to yourself about things that happen to you or things that you come across that amzes you? Well I will like to here about them and I will start with mine.

I work with the federal government and most people really have this hatered towards the employee of the government; especially since the government have a lot of contractors who usually do most of the work. Well ever since I have been working here my boss who is a director show up at work drunk occasionally. I was shocked but then it become that he's drunk like 3days out of the week, the bad thing about it is that he will be smelling like liquor the whole time he's in a meeting with like the most important people. Well the most annoying part for me is that he will be giving people like hundreds of task and then later during the week he wont remember that he made you stayed at work through the night. Men there ought to be a law on drunk mangers in a work place...

One thing about hausawa is that they always like to hide behind religion. which is Okay; but my only 2cents that I will put here going to school it's not every human being ideal way of life... regardless you are male or female. and all this talk about how females are acting in school I guess males just show up go to classes and stay at masjid all day huh??? I'm so disgusted by such thing I am even speechless.

Wow!!! there's nothing I can say Ba'are, but I really feel sorry for your society. I don't mean the whole northern Nigeria your little la-la Land.

chit-chat / LAIDAIZ OF KANOONLINE, WHERE THE HONEEZ AT?

Well all of you guys are right... but I think the main reason why family are against it is because they really want somebody to relate to in a language type of way. There's a lot of inter tribal marriages for example barebari/hausa or fulani/hausawa... in those instances the culture is different but at least they have a common ground of knowing how to speak hausa. on the other hand if a hausa girl wants to marry a ghanian hausa man that still raises some specticles... where this are people from the same tribe but they are differ in social life styles. As for me the best advice I give people is do what is right for you, you are the one who gonna live with this person and you need to make sure you will be able to handle all of the turmoil that will come.
