NON-VEGETERIAN RECIPES!

QUICK LEMON CHICKEN

Ingredients.

1 Clove Garlic, (Taparnuwa daya)
1 Lemon, (Lemun tsami daya)
2 tablespoon plain floor, (Garin plawa cokali biyu)
1 large boneless chicken, (Tsukan Kaza daya)
3 tablespoon Oil, (Man gyada cokali uku)
1inc Ginger, (Chitta)
1/2 Pint chicken stock, (ruwan nama kofi daya)
1 egg yolk, ( i don't know wat it's called in hausa  :( )
Chopped parsley,
1 spoon Salt, (Gishiri cokali daya)
1 spoon Curry,
1 spoon pepper,
Small bunch of parsley

Hygiene:- Wear Apron, Tie a scarf or a hat (cos nobody wants pieces of hair or dandruff sauce in there food)


 Instruction,  

1) Peel and chop the garlic,
Grate the lemon back & squeeze the juice from it,
Mix the floor, lemon back & garlic together in a bowl.
Cut da chicken into cubes & toss the into da floor mixture until it's well coated.
Cover it & set aside 4 10 minutes.

2) Heat the oil in a large pan & cook da chicken for 8-10mins, (boys, don't go back to ps2 or watching football) you have to constantly stir it until da chicken is golden brown.

3) Peel & grate ginger, add & stir into da pan with da remaining flour, chicken stock, curry, salt & pepper.
Bring to boil & cook 4 5mins or until chicken is soft & sauce is reduced.

4) Blend egg yolk & lemon juice & add to da pan, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thickens, chop parsley & sprinkle over it.

5) It's done & ready 2 go....

Serving tip
Serve with boiled rice or egg noodles with vegetables.

AL-HAMZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HERE IS UR RECIPE.

HIS INGRIDIENT
Cray Fish
Attaguru
Tattasai
Gari
OUR ADDITIONALS
Maggi, curry, thyme,meat-chicken/beaf/lamb, Onoins,Garlic, tomato

METHOD
-Chop attarugu,tattasai, garlic and tomato into cubes
-Chop onions into round ring shapes.
-Marinate meat add salt, onions & garlic & leave to boil for 20mins
-Preheat your pan (if you dont like groundnut/palmoil) use sunflower or olive oil.
-When oil is hot pour chopped ingriedients and stir to golden brown.
-Soak crayfish in luke warm water for few minutes.
-Pour the crayfish WITHOUT the water into the sauce and stir.
-Pour boiled meat and mix together.
-Add spices (curry,thyme, black pepper,garlic powder,cummen to ur taste)
-Cover pot and allow to simmer for 10 mins (you can add spinach as desired)

Gari......I honestly dont really know how to prepare tuwon Gari but am sure some of us mightll provide us the recipe. However, you can serve your sauce with semolina or tuwon shinkafa eitherway u can eat it with boiled rice.
