FG Approves N32.3bn for New Transmission Lines

An independent survey (unconfirmed) result shows that
out of 24 hours, only 4 hours of electricity is enjoyed by
almost 85% of the states of the federation. 

This Government, in its effort to change the situation has
now approved the sum of N32.3 Billion Naira for new transmission
lines across the states and for the rehabilitation of the Egbin
Power Plant.

Ko kadan, we are not saying the FG should not award contract,
however, what we fear is, during the previous government
billions were spent on rehabilitation of our power plants but
the condition became worst than it was.

How is Government going to assure us that this time around
its different not business as usual?

We can only wait and see but obviously there's no assurance here. They keep pouring billions into other peoples pockets.....who knows? we might get lucky this time.
