You need:
Beans
capsicum (red)
onions
salt
maggi
curry(if you want)
hot chilli (if you want)
Meat (Tuna/corned beef/minced meat (your choice))
Egg (if you want)
Palm Oil
Soak beans (till soft)...remove the black thing and wash well. Then blend the beans with the capsicum, chilli and onions. Pour it into a bowl and add maggi, curry, salt, meat, egg (boil the eggs and then slice), and palm oil. don't make the mixture too thick. Pour the mixture into cans or bags (the normal clear ones) or u can use foil paper and then wrap cling film over it to hold it in place. Steam it or put it in hot water ( your call). But I'll say steam it...coz that way the water will not spoil your thingy. :)

AND WHAT DOES THAT SUPPOSE TO MEAN?
alala kam is nice except wen its with manja, me dont like.
alala with prawns or fish in them taste GREAT.
Hehe, Amira i actually prefer alala with manja or some form of sauce
...usually end up using left over stew from the fridge. Hehe, i'll tell u what
we used to do in my boarding school days. As expected from boarding
school food, its so below standard and nothing to write home about. Every
saturday morning we were served bland moi moi. So me and my room
mates used to sneak it back into the hostel, put it in a big bowl and mash
it. We add Mayoniase, ketchup, sardine/corned beef, yaji, kuli kuli
powder, lots of seasoning plus maggi and we make it into the strangest
looking kwado (...not frog) in da world! But trust me it tastes really good!!
I mean moi moi is good enough but modified moi moi is even betterrr! A
senior caught us one day, punished us and seized it. She kept on going
on about it, but in da end...i think the horrid girl ate it!! I saw the empty
bowl outside her room....grrrr
Lol  wai  fateez dint ur bellies kumbura??? wat a mix n match.

Hehe, I tell you, da desperate life of a boarding school student...
if food concoction could kill i wudve been six foot under a long time ago,
but Alhamdulilah i dey garas...
Wallahi abincin boarding school sai hakuri, sometimes i used to wonder
whether the people dat cook it even bother to taste it b4 serving da poor
little students.
lol true
Amma ke Fateez ai 'executive' student ce da alama. Bording Student din da ke da Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Corned Beef etc etc
Hehe, mu ba wai wasu executive students bane ba fa! kawai dai those
elements were very essential for our survival. Desperate students wud
trade in their everyday provisions just to have sardine or conred beef. Da
secret is to have connections with the "behind the scenes" kitchen staff.
Oh yes, once you are on friendly first name basis with the people
incharge, life go better for you and levels go change... 8) 8) 8)
ashe kunga abubuwa in them boarding skul days. :)
Moi moi is something that I have NEVER tasted in my life. Anything made outtah beans is a no, no to me. My cousin was of the stupidities that I was being Ajebo, toh ni ko baked beans ben tabah ci ba

I actually love beans when it's processed into Akara or Moi moi but I don't like it when it's
cooked "wake zalla" or worse, Wake da Shinkafa. I dunno why but I can't stand wake da
shinkafa. I find it very tasteless. It just lacks innovation.
I guess some women may not like beans because people believe it causes flatulence.
However, I think is psychological cos it doesn't affect everyone. I have never experience
an upset tummy because of the beans content in food. Maybe I have special enzymes :)
Fateez,
You don't know what you are missing, shinkafa da wake? Especially if the beans is the red one add yaji and vegitable oil can't describe the taste.
