hello Kanoonliners,

Hope you'r all familier with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet! Okay this is a way of making your data analysis as simple and possible. Macros are little pieces of programming which you can store in your Excel workbook. You would create a macros if you have any sequence of actions that you wanted to carry out regularly to modify your data.

The commonest way to create is to ''record'' it.: that is, you carry out sequence of actions and tell Excel to remeber them; then you can ''run'' the macros to tell Excel to repeat the actions.

If you find it interesting I will continue...................with the full explanations of how to record and run the micros.
