My name is Baruti Muhammad Kamau, an African American business man who lived and studied in Kano during 1991. I'm trying to regain contact with some of my friends like Tijani Ibrahim bin Akaran, Tayyabu Modibbo, Mallam Yahaya Idris and others. All of them were associated with Islamic Foundation of Kano, Nigeria @ that time.
Also does anybody know if Kanzil Hairi restaurant on Zoo road remains in business. I use to eat @ that restaurant on a daily basis.
Respectfully submitted,
Baruti M. Kamau,
Editor-in-Chief

Separately, you say Kanzil Hairi restaurant is no longer on Zoo Road. I'm trying to figure out how do I regain contact with some of the people I befriended in Kano.
Does anyone have any news about the activities of the Islamic Foundation of Kano near Iyaka Road?
