How many hours does it takes to get from kano state to katsina states ?

by bus or car.

it's about 160 kilometers from downtown kano (gidan murtala) to downtown katsina (gidan sarki). I ply this route almost 5 times annually, before I came to the states 4 years ago. at that time, it take 2 hrs when the roads are good and i suppose it is still so.
have a nice trip and don't forget to visit gobarau minaret the prime tourist attraction in KT.

You may have gone and come back by now. If not, there are two routes: One through Daura, which is by far better and takes between 1hr. 45mins to 1hr.50mins (it is also my weekly route). The other, which is shorter, is through Bichi but somehow rough. It is the one commercial vehicles mostly ply. That takes about 1hr.30mins to 1hr.40mins. Of course that is a conservative estimate.

To get to katsina from Kano another option is through Funtua, via Gwarzo, malumfashi, Bakori, Funtua, Kankara, Dutsinma, Kankia, you could proceed to Daura and then arrive Katsina. This is afford the opportunity to see Katsina Tabo' and Katsina Yashi.
