It first started with Plateau State gov., then rumours of Kalu now actual arrest of Alamieyeseigha in the UK. It is being reported that now interpol is being involved and more govs, are going down. I was surprised to see also that Alamieyeseigha's people are calling for a negotiated settlement with the british govt. and release of the gov. It appears to me they are not interested in the truth or what happens to their money. What do forumnites think of this new war do we have any reason to be hopefully that finally something is being done about high level corruption in nigeria?
i do not think that the current government in Nigeria want to bring to an end the high level profile of Nigeria corruption.all the federal,state,and local Goverment arms of this nation are all bad.
all the state governors are the same,only that the ABUJA BOYS want to pull some governors down(maybe those that so much want to be the next no one man of the country).

To fight corruption.......can the government please start from the ASCENDING LEVEL AND THEN WORK THEIR WAY DOWN TO THE DECESDING LEVEL? :roll: Those big Top ranked airheads stealing money should be cemented for all I care......then for those petty small thiefs, Nigeria could do them PURE justice if they are given fair oppotunities to make it in life, jobs. Thats what you call FAIR PLAY.
But for now how can we go about ramsacking, attacking, brutalising and beating up a Graduate who I gave a few thousand Naira due to his loyalty in one of the toll gates between Kaduna & the police who have been watching at close range attacked him saying he was collecting bribe and corrupting 9ja, I said why they not go attack Oga Bayelsa & they wanted to arrest me fot disrepecting a police officer in the line of duty (lol) but that if I deposited 10,000 Naira I can go free or if I could give their boss my phone number or they will have no option than to seize documents because three girls are not allowed to travel unaccompanied! Talk about plain stupidity and idioncyncrasies.
Apart from that you will see college leavers, graduates with degrees & Phd's are highly esteemed in corruption who have no intention dirty hands but because their boss told them so, you end up asking why is my luggage not checked? "Ai oga yace if you do not give more than dubu goma sha biyar kayanku bazasu wuce ba" & this is only a domestic flight to Abuja! Others are corrupt simply because they claim their only means to acquire a job has been infringed and now holding that position is the Ministers son or daugther.......who if is you even conduct an in depth search you will find out that they only have a WAEC qualifcation! Or they have not received their salaries.
SO I SAY TO FIGHT CORRUPTION SKIN ONLY THOSE CORRUPT TOP OFFICIALS ALIVE!
