How do I start, where do I begin...let me draw our attention to the on going conflicts in our world today. The Iraqi,Isreali and North Korean conflicts. All these would have been simple issues, no thanks to the complicated and sophisticated international conspiracies governing our world.
The United Nations Organisation, UNO is an international body put in place to bring peace and harmony to all of it's nations and Humanity as a whole. So it will only be just and fair if people and countries are treated equally all over the planet we share. But I'm afraid this isn't the case.
The world, the so-called super powers and the United Nations watch peace being threatened and destroyed in the Isreali penninsula in the name of protection and reoccupation of a land that once belonged to them. The community of palestine are forced to stay comfortably with the presence of armoured tanks, armed soldiers who shoot when ever the mood comes, all in the name of preventing sucide bombers. Without the re-occupation there would`nt have been any sucide bombers.This bombers were created by the Isrealis: When the hearts of men are forced to a corner, everything is possible, from the impossible to the ridiculous. Despite the sucide attacks, the fatality toll of palestinians to that of the Isrealis is incredibly high, more than a 100%. And the world watch in exitement...The U.S and U.K keep pumping weapons into the Isrealis and appear to the media and claim diplomatic solutions. Yet the palestinians are being denied of any weaponry, completely defenseless. Preventing terrorism I suppose.No! Protecting terrorism: Isn't it fair to see that the palestinians are being terrorised, there homes and jobs are being destroyed, there families and loved ones killed one by one, having absolutely no security or peace, hope or ambition. Constantly in curfews and denied sociality. It's a pity the world can't see this...it's a shame.
September 11 might be a tragedy to some people, but it's a moment of glory to others. And in responce...a war is set up to protect the American people, and the American interest.The world supports that, but little can the world see that this stands as a threat to other nations.The United states is leading the United Kingdom and other nations into war with Iraq. If we let the United states destroy her enemies, in fear of attacks, then it's fair they destroy all their enemies...one by one...everyone can destroy his enemies because they all stand as a threat to us. We can also destroy unions when they stand a threat, or kids with bad habbits or angry husbands or drunkards or babies of criminals...who knows they all stand as a threat to us. But is the world blind to see that those accused of being terrorist or suspected or potentials are being terrorised for no offence. Even criminals are not convicted for no offence for prevention or protection, else we would all have been convicts, even the U.S president. And North Korea... The U.S and U.K are accusing Norht Korea and Iraq for threatening world peace and the world in whole, how? by acquiring Nuclear weapons. But have you ever asked yourself,if the U.S and U.K stand as a threat to us and every other person not in their region, or at least not in good terms. What makes us believe they won't use them. Every country will want to posses such weapons to protect it's self from those with the weapons and North Korea is not different. Isn't it only fair to disarm the world of Nuclear weapons rather than disarming those not in their Interest, If they are really after global peace, isn't it fair to destroy all weapons of mass destruction (including that of the super powers) on the planet to be secure. The world will be a peaceful and safe place if these weapons are copletely banned. I understand the difference in developement in our world, but why must the developed deny the developing from developing? why such threat to global harmony? We may be (so-called) developing but we are not dumb.
The U.K, U.S and U.N, what differences does it make, I have written three equal things bearly distinquishable. The U.N, their best weapon. I plead to you to stop the conspiracies, stop destroying the younger generations and developing countries, stop this global terror...It's a shame no one could tell them what they are doing, Coz I'm certain they are not conscious of it. They are good people...they will change. Lets just not let BUSH lead us to an Armaggeddon.
Americans and Europeans are not the only people on this little planet we share, we have Asians and Africans and even the antarcticans. We all breathe the same air, and drink of the same waters underneath the same sun. Lets utilise our chances, not destroy them. Humanity, irrespect of race, color or religion seek peace on earth, and will find it coz sooner or later enemies of progress will fail. This I promise you.
Ibrahim,you see the problem is we are also as fed up as you are,but what can we do?And I think their main problem is Islam.My brother what they are actually after is the down fall of Islam not world peace;i'm afraid they are only a devil in disguise.

Interestingly.. this is all part of the world power game.... main goal of the US is global domination at all costs, earlier there was a balance to the global domination power game... the USSR was then the balancing factor. Now USSR is gone and to the US there isnt another more formidable enemy than ISLAM!!! They have so divided muslims into so many groups... extremists, librals and such and such, so as to weaken our unity. The leadership of arab countries cannot do a thing but 'strongly condemn' in words only, the actions of the US... why??? The US ensures they remain in power, why do you think the US has military bases in all those arab countries, and why arent the arabs telling them to gerraout?

Arabs - the leadership... the common arab wants nothing more than to see the end of the mideast crisis, whatever it may take and the Military bases out of their countries.
US - the leadership as well.. you will be suprised how kind hearted and tolerant the common American is as compared to thier government.

The prayers and Du'as are actually for our own good. Think of it this way. Allah does not need our worship, our prayers. He Is totally Independent of us, whereas we need Him, His Mercy, His Protection. If like you and I, we are far away from the scene of mayhem and murder, we tend to take these issues lightly, because they are so far away that they do not disturb our comfort level that much. Therefore the ernesty and intensity of your prayer to a long suffering brother somewhere out in the world acts as purification for your own soul. Plus you get all the Thawabs for doing so, since supplicating to Allah is an injunction from Allah.
The long suffering brother out in the frontline of course has no comfort zone. So he is engaged in a routine round of prayers for safety and survival, because as a muslim, that is the only way he can feel a measure of security.
At the same time, In a truly Jihadist war/battle, there are never losers on the Muslim side of the fence. So for every hardship a person suffers, he gets his sins removed or gets Thawabs for the hardship. For some ppl, it is the only way of attaining paradise, so on the surface of it, Allah S.W.T. lets them suffer this apparent hardship.
As Muslims, it is incumbent upon us to help anyway we can, and as you wrote, even hating it slightly is good.
Me? Sometimes I get tired of the whole because in today's war ridden world, you can never be sure who is in the right and who is wrong, despite its being maybe a war/battle between Muslims and non muslims. For example We all sympathise with Saddam. But he is no angel and he can be extremely cruel to muslims. Remember what he did to the Kurds in the Northern Iraq. Mass slaughter of Muslim men women and children using biological weapons.
So if I fought Saddam's war and got killed, where would I end up? Or even the Taliban for that matter, for women suffered terribly during his regime. The rights of the maligned women still hang over his head and he will answer to Allah on the day of Judgement.
What about the Palestinians and suicide bombing? I still feel a rawness inside when I see the innocent Israelis hurt by suicide bombs just as I feel anger when I see Israeli soldiers molesting innocent defenceless Palestinians. And I still wonder what will happen to these unfortunate souls who intentionally kill themselves even when they know in Islam that anyone who commits suicide will NEVER enter paradise. There is no use justifying it either and saying that they had no alternative, since they had no superior fire power and the Israelis have the massive support of the U.S.A. Abi, it was the same when Abraha marched his Elephants into Mecca, it was the same when the Prophet Sallam fought the battle of Badr, it was the same when Talut met Jalut on the battle fields, and Prophet Dauda Alahis Sallam catapulted Jalut to death. The enemy all had superior fire power, but no one committed suicide in order to achieve an end. Why should it be any different in our own time?

There are many reasons for that, we would not go into that at this point. The physical location of a web server does not really matter nowadays and in this current climate, it does seems not to take too much for a Muslim man to be monitored, watched and or suspected if not get a one way ticket to guantanamo bay....
