There is no compulsion in religion; truly the right way has become clearly distinct from error; therefore, whoever rejects Satan (and what he calls to) and believes in Allah, he indeed has laid hold on the firmest handhold, which shall not break off, and Allah is Hearing, Knowing.

LONDON: Troubled singer Michael Jackson may convert to Islam, according to his brother Jermaine. The Celebrity Big Brother star said Michael could do a lot of good by becoming a Muslim.
"When I came back from Mecca I got him a lot of books and he asked me lots of things about my religion and I told him that it's peaceful and beautiful," Jermaine was quoted by the Daily Mail.
"He read everything and he was proud of me that I found something that would give me inner strength and peace. I think it is most probable that Michael will convert to Islam," he added.
"He could do so much, just like I am trying to do. Michael and I and the word of God, we could do so much," he added further.
Jermaine, who came second in the controversial Channel 4 reality show, converted to Islam in 1989. His younger brother's comeback performance at the World Music Awards last year was slammed.
Michael disappeared from public view after being acquitted of child abuse allegations, staying in Bahrain as a guest of the royal family.
Michael Jackson has received 13 Grammy awards and charted 13 number-one singles in the United States , more than any other solo male artist in the Hot 100 era.
Raymone Bain, Jackson 's PR, claims that Jackson has sold over 750 million units worldwide, making Jackson one of the best-selling music artists of all time.

How wonderful that would be! I'm a great fan of his. He is my fav musician. In fact I was watching a collection if best videos when I saw this thread. I believe he's the most misunderstood personality in the entertainment industry. Of he has his problems, but you can't help noticing his kind heartedness, judging from his charity works, especially in the area of humanity, children particularly.
Going through his Albums, you find out that most of his tracks are on about and dedicated to world issues, i.e Heal the World, Earth Song, Beat It, Black or White, Stranger in Moscow, They Don't Care About Us, Jam etc. None of the usual love love boring thing that seem to be the sole focus of musicians.

It doesn't matter whether the issue is 2 or 10 years old. The most important thing is
if not
when. Time is not of the essence here. In dai ya musulunta kafin ya mutu shikenan.

How? Its like saying this is my first time of hearing this. Haba Hajiya, I've been a fan of his since my secondary school days, so I believe I should know about such 'rumours' ;D. This particular one started in the late '80s. So, no, there is no enthusiasm
as such, for muhsin to damper :-[ I'm just posting a response, since I can't see something MJ without me passing a comment. 8)
Allah da gaske nake, Husnaa. Some few years back, when asked either he converted or not, I even rather recklessly swore that yes he had converted into Islam saboda wata song thats been, in these days, played in media of him praising Allah (SWT) and his messenger. Later it came out in wash that wai its his brother's who has already converted. But the voice is too identical, thus you can hardly differentiate it from that of Micheal. Amma daga baya, a amsoshin takardunku na BBC Hausa, they answered a question on that. They said he doesn't but he flew America and was residing in Jordan where much expectations show he would likely convert. And much more, the lawyer that depended him was a true Muslim. And bla-bla-bla...
No offence, BKGZ. I also wish him to sosai kuwa cos I know its a karuwa to Muslim world.
