I smell Obasanjo in this cabinet.

Why would they put Murtala Yar'adua? Umaru Yar'adua's Nephew?
Political wickedness to divide the Yar'adua's and turn them against themselves.
Raba zumunci kawai.
Allah ya kyauta.

I am not impressed with the list.
If Jonathan knew he was going to recycle them then why did he disband the cabinet in the first place?
The policies the old ministers have started will now be abandoned halfway and never be implemented.
That is why the nation is on a standstill.
As for Dora, i see no reason why she should be included in the list. Was it because she raised that memo?
GJ is paying her back for fighting on his behalf to become C-In-C.
Dora breached her oath of secrecy when she sent a copy of her memo to the press to gain cheap popularity.
But babu komai, mai hali baya canza halin shi.
She will do the same thing to Jonathan.

DB,
There should be some respect for civility. Even if there is crisis in the family then it is unheard of and it isn't for me to investigate.
Murtala's appointment will divide a united family in the name of politics and wealth.
Idan su su goodluck da obasanjo basu damu da addini ba ai ni da kai da Murtalan muna da hankali da belief in civility and religion.

I don't know your criteria is for scoring ministers, however,in all honesty, how can Dora be classified as being in the good book of the administration.
Do you mean good for campaigning for GJ to become president or Good for breaking her oath of secrecy by leaking her controversial memo to the press to gain cheap popularity?
Or is it the controversial sale of the 2.3Ghz broadband license or the N8billion inflated NTA contract or the re-brand Nigeria project?

The latest from the senate is they will replace her with senator Joy Imodi. If she isn't replaced they will not allow chakwaikwaiwa to scale through their screening.
