Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "There are four qualities which, if they are found in you, then nothing will harm you in the world: fulfilling the trust, truthful speech, good character, and restraint with food."

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَرْبَعٌ إِذَا كُنَّ فِيكَ فَلَا عَلَيْكَ مَا فَاتَكَ مِنْ الدُّنْيَا حِفْظُ أَمَانَةٍ وَصِدْقُ حَدِيثٍ وَحُسْنُ خَلِيقَةٍ وَعِفَّةُ طُعْمَةٍ
