Fresher than the dew of the morn
sweeter than an ear of corn
who is this that stalks
even when the night rests,
inspiring legs that talks
enchanting breasts,
who is this that passes
leaving hearts high and dry,
lips bearing scented kisses
eyes that passionately cry
body tender like a stream
who is this that makes men swoon
as if they where in a dream,
this is the lady of the moon.

Words are lost
thoughts are thoughtless
and the mystery deepens.

Visions are here
dreams are fulfilled
and eternity calls.

You are heaven
birds are singing
and life ethereal.

Tears are dried
sorrows are gone
and pain forgotten.

Doubts are wiped
fears are humbled
and the sun smiles.

You are bliss
rainbows are forever
and I love you.

Member Poetry / what's in a kiss?
« on: February 01, 2004, 10:22:42 PM »
Wondered how it is
when I see others do it.
Is it sweet sour or bitter
or like gold that only glitters?

Oh, I am curious.
When I asked, Mum was furious.
Why, She didn't give the answer,
She only cautioned, my manners.

Spoilt child, I was called
when I asked Uncle Paul
"You lack good manners"
That was just His answer.

And on to Rita,
My only sister
'Why do you want to know,
Come on, Just go"

Finally I asked Titi,
She also wanted to know it,
This is a good friend I thought
She really has the guts.

We decided to kiss,
Hey, Something felt amiss!
We stopped licking,
What then is a kiss we kept asking.

Not sweet, Not bitter,
Still wanted it however,
What's really in a kiss?
I wonder what it is.

The first time I saw you
I was afraid to talk to you

When I first talked to you
I was afraid to ask you out

When I first asked you out
I was afraid to kiss you

When I first kissed you I was
afraid to hold you

Now that I'm holding you I'm
afraid to lose you.
