Aviation in Africa and rest of Black World

The last two years I've been focusing on accomplishing some of my more practical ambitions: 1) flying airplanes as prelude to flying rocket planes and spaceplanes, and 2) finance in pursuit of broker/dealers license.

I've been pursuing these goals while operating limousine services and being the best father I can to my sons.  Anyway, I am interested in learning about the culture of flying in Nigeria or anyother part of the black world readers of this post may be familiar with.  Any comments?
