hai all! plz help a brova out..i've quite heard ppl talk of sleeplessness medically known as insonnia,i dunno how i got it ,stress? fatigue? i juss dunno.its reely killling me and i hate d thot of hospital mayb u've got som ideas.it leaves me wif swollen eyes.eye bags /puffy eyes n i kinda look awful weneva i get it plz help a brova out!

hey all its bin quite long since last i strolled in here..i just stopped by 2 happily in4m ya'll dat i'm ok now yippppeeeeeee! ....& oh lest i 4get ..heard hermorroid cream works well as in it gr8tly reduces eye puffiness ..i wud lyk 2 knw how tru it is..but in d meantime i'm so ok ..i sleep wen i want & wake wen eva me feel..thanx y'all!

I will advice Dan Kauye to try spritual remedy-  always recite duas before  sleep. It worked 4 me. i'm right now in a stressful stuation but I sleep like a baby at night.

hey kitty buddy,i guess u were sleeping wen u read ma last post,me said hermorroid cream cures insomnia? NOPE! ...y'know insomnic ppl tend 2 hav dis puffy eyes,dark circles around da eye & atimes redness...so was ma case,i enquired on how 2 reduce EYE PUFFINESS NOT INSOMNIA & som1 told me 2 use likkle hamerroid cream round ma eyes  coz it reduces puffiness! got d hang of i nowww? gud!..now let me in on ur suggestion (if any) since dats d wackiest of all remedies of all times kitty

Wallahi the best remedy for insomnia is "you know what" :wink:    (gotta keep the forum clean) and im talking of the legit kind in your own bedroom O!!

Its an iron cast sure fire way to drift off to a blissfull sleep. Theres also the bonus of a pleasant dream(sometimes)

The only problem is most times that's when the other half want to talk about all things under the sun( eh din da ku nake!!)
