What prompted you to add another wife? Are you better off with more than one wife?(psychologicaly,emotionally) be very sincere please.

I,am happy to read this your question now. WHY? I watched a movie yesterday and it shades light on this your question. Before I answer your question I have to make this clear. I,am not married yet and I'm not willing to marry more than one wife unless what I will explain below should happen.

Woman is like a knife, if it is sharp you dont need another one. But if it is blunt, you have to get another knife to sharpen the first one. As for the second knife, meeting with the first one will sharpen it more.

As known by every member of this esteemed forum that young Muhsin is single and not searching, huh...two ranks. But as of now, I don't wanna add, after I had one, any other wife. Thats from the faculty of my thought and calculation of what marriage is about. Amma nasan this could probably change with time, thats when I come to realization of the real situation. i dont think i am the best person to answer this question,
may be we should look for someone who is now planning
to add another wife, as for me, its like i have never stayed
with a single wife all my life.  so, my answers are just like
that of a visiting professor to a jambito.

At times, as they say, English 'yap' people. So I realized it (above) does to me. Oh me...Allah. I always want it to be my fortee but never it is. But am praying to Allah to give such opportunity of expressing things I want to in short, plain and precise words. Oh help me Allah.

What I was saying simply is that; I'd be better off with a wife than wives. But I added; things are not usually as they seem, thus this assumption could, perhaps after I got the marriage, tested it and so on, change. Saboda me, because there are lots of people who were claiming just like what I have said but they add wife or wives now. Clear?

Polygamy was practiced by the Holy Prophet (SAW) and all His 4 Kalifas....... and this Hadith explains: As narrated by Said bin Jubair (RA) who said bn 'Abbas (RA) asked me, "Are you married?" I replied, "No." He said, "Marry, for the best person of this nation (Muslim Umma) of all other Muslims (i.e., Muhammad [PBUH]), had the largest number of wives."
