Sunni Path (//www.sunnipath.com) has daily lessons, giving guidance on how to live the way of the Beloved of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace).

This includes lessons by great living inheritors of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace), such as Habib Ali Jifri, Imam Zaid Shakir, and many others.

It also includes our exclusive series:

Clear Paths to the Gardens of the Righteous

Imam Nawawi's Riyad al-Salihin Explained, using classical sources

Selected hadiths from Imam Nawawi?s Riyad al-Salihin (?Gardens of the Righteous?) are explained using Imam Ibn `Allan al-Bakri?s commentary, Dalil al-Falihin (?Guide for the Successful?), and other hadith commentaries and classic scholarly references. The commentary shows us how to soundly understand and live the guidance of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace), and brings out the deep meanings of the words of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace), whom Allah gave, ?The most encompassing speech,? [as related in a hadith in Bukhari and Muslim] for his guidance is brief in words yet oceanic in depth.

Imam Nawawi?s Riyad al-Salihin is one of the most important hadith works, because it focuses on the Prophetic hadith related to the path of righteousness: the guidance of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) related to the inward and outward actions, traits, and proper manners needed for those seeking to be of the righteous.

Imam Yahya ibn Sharaf al-Nawawi was born in Nawa (Southern Syria) in 631/1233. He was the imam of the later Shafii school, and one of the great exemplars of Islam in piety and righteousness. He lived a simple life, living out the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), ?Be in this world as though a stranger or a passerby.? [Bukhari, Tirmidhi, Ibn Maja, and others] He died at the age of just 44, having authored the most relied upon works in Shafii fiqh, hadith sciences, and other subjects, to our time.
