Abu Malik reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "Whoever says there is no God but Allah and disbelieves in what is worshiped besides Him will make his property and life sacred, and his account will be with Allah."

عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَكَفَرَ بِمَا يُعْبَدُ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ حَرُمَ مَالُهُ وَدَمُهُ وَحِسَابُهُ عَلَى اللَّهِ

23 صحيح مسلم كِتَاب الْإِيمَانِ أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يشهدوا أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدا رسول الله ويقيموا الصلاة ويؤتوا الزكاة
