Description: For the purpose of history, this picture was snapped when the Deputy Governor of Borno State delivered letter of appointment to the new Shehu of Borno after the demise of Shehu Mustapha Umar Ibn Elkanemi.

Before his appointment to the throne, he was the Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
