ASSIMILATE OR RETAIN CULTURAL IDENTITY......

As we ve' noticed that western politician re' increasing the pressure on muslims to assimilate especially where they re' in minority.they re'even considering legislating to make this happen. of course they say INTEGRATE when they really mean assimilate and adopt the culture and life style of the west. should muslim make more of an effort to be english but brown, or is that just an illussion of integration of more a manifestation of losing your islamic IDENTITY :?:
