Testing a Telnet Link

I need someone to test a telnet link for me between the hours of 12 am and 10 am EDT.

Anybody interested?

but 1 thing, not really familiar with that time zone of urs (EDT), so make an appointment based on GMT pls. just give me the IP address.

The telnet link you'll be testing is endeavorlink.myip.us.  The actual link is telnet://endeavorlink.myip.us

EndeavorLink is an information service that I've been working on for quite sometime.  Sometimes this year I'll be moving 95% of my WWW projects to EndeavorLink.  As you may already know EndeavorLink is hosted on my very own server.  So you'll actually be connecting to my computer.  I'm getting tired of using other web hosting providers.  They charge too much.

Anyway the downside is that I can only make my server available to the public for only 10 hours per day.  I'm not ready to commit to a separate line and special equipment to accomodate 1000s of simultaneous logons.

Zezezee I believe if you can logon around 19:00 GMT and 05:00 GMT that will be fine.  8)

Zezezee I believe 1900 and 0500 GMT converts to 12 am and 10 am my time.  You login anytime between those times.  I'm getting ready to take my system offline now.  So hopefully you'll be able to login Sunday morning between 1900 and 0500  gmt.

Let's try again tonight or any day before Saturday.  I couldn't go online last night to meet you because I was busy operating my limousine service all weekend.

So maybe I can meet you @ telnet://endeavorlink.myip.us later this evening or early Tuesday morning your time (GMT).

Mr Baruti I have tried ur Telnet Link and to no avail. I think it is better the IP address then I will try it again. Then u shud provide the login parameters: username and password to be specific.
One more question, what platform do u run on? Windows or Linux?

:D It may not be your fault. ?Probably during the times you've tried to access it my system was offline. ?Also you'll need a telnet client in order to connect.

The last week I haven't been able to keep my promise of having EndeavorLink online between 12 am and 10 am EST. ?If you can give me a time you'll be online 24 hours in advance then I should be able to have the system online.

You'll be able to choose your username once you connect to the system.

I'm running EndeavorLink on Windows 98 second edition.

ok.  I'll have it online tonight.  In the wee hours of the morning.  Then after that I'll go back to operating my limo service.  It's an immediate cash flow.  I have to finance my Time Capsule.
