Light up a candle when you are down and lonely,
When you wish the world should not end slowly,
When you suffer the pain of emotions and stress.
Light up a candle when you are weak and helpless,
When it seems you are lost, and lost your defenses,
When you have a break in your carrier or life.
Light up a candle when you can not help
and the children of the world cry out for it,
but no matter how much you try, you can't help it.
Light up a candle when brothers kill one another,
and rape sisters, and destroy what is left of parents.
Light up a candle when humanity attempts devolution,
When mankind has no essence and meaning to the world
except destruction, abuse, deformation and armaggeddon
Light up a candle when the clouds turn darker,
and the taste of life turns sour, until you never grow hungry,
and the grasses turn to yellow, until it looks like a desert.
Light up a candle when all hopes are lost,
When everything begins to look like the end,
and when the search for peace is a neccesity,
and the earth weeps and mourns of it's burdens.
Light up a candle to brighten up our darkness,
the darkness we created and the ones before us.
Light up a candle to make a brighter future,
a future for the next generation and beyond.
Light up a candle for I have lit mine.
The flame is not perfect, but it's beautiful.
I hope this light brightens up your way
in a place where all other lights go out.
