I want to know how many ppl who live in Kano listen to this nightly programme 'Kowane Gauta'. I simply love it! One gets to hear all about the current political happenings in Nigeria plus an added bonus... that is the soap opera/drama that plays out almost every evening, with juicy scandalous allegations, refutations and counter allegations. The stars of the show are the Kano members of the  ANPP, PDP and AC  parties. Lol some are so regular in airing their grievances on the program that they are acquiring superstar status!! What I love about some of them is the colorful articulate and witty prose they use to decimate the opposition. I am always assured of a good laugh when I listen to it and it gets me to thinking that there is some truth in that boast that indigenous  Kano ppl are fond of making: Kano tumbin giwa, ko da me kazo an fika!!
For anyone who doesnt live in Kano, the program can be accessed on the net.

has a luvly presentation, though a bit shallow sometimes.Anyway it's meant for mass appeal so i can live with that. Thumbs up for the govt for letting people air their views.

Good day to you all and Barka Da Sallah too, I want this programme to be exceded to one hour daily. Because is the programe that enlighted people to stop what they are doing if is bad. And encrouge those who are doing good one to continue no matter how people are diappointed them.

Ouch!
I yesterday posted a reply in this thread but  eventually come today expecting seeing it but its absence greeted me. How on God's earth can I get this software right? I still can't handle it as I could with the last one rightly.
Ok.
Yes, to the topic; The program is very nice. Love it. But there are lots of things that I really detest in it such as; the language use by some politicians, the hidden agenda of its presenters (of hada fada ;)) etc. Despite that and some other problems the program is very wonderful. And our most gratitude to the Govt. for allowing it.
But, not only Freedon radio are doing as such but other stations like Radio Kano (AM); Iya Ruwa....,Raypower; Daga Na Gaba......, Pyramid (Madobi); Siyasar Kano Sai Kano.
