DB,it isn't a scam. I can confirm.
The advert appeared on the Guardian newspaper on the 16th of March.

Those from Yobe, Borno, Jigawa, Zamfara, and Kebbi have very high chances of getting the job.
The DPR are the police of the oil and gas industry.
They have reasonable pay and fruitful allowances even better than the NNPC.
So encourage your people to apply.
They should be patient with the site though because it seem not to be able to handle the large requests.
