Interesting to learn that Tazuge is the trouser while lawurje is the rope.

In that case 'tazuge' is a trouser simple. (Because, all trousers have a belt loop)

Lawurje is a belt. Accoding to history of belt in wikipedia, it is highlighted that Skateboarders often wear shoelaces in belt loops to hold pants up instead of a conventional belt. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belt_(clothing). 2010)

So if shoelace is considered as belt because it is use in the belt loop of a trouser, then Tazuge should also be consider trouser given it has a loop for lawurje/belt.
