Amira, Grits is a cereal that u make with (hot)water or milk which ever one u like, its just like oatmeal that we eat in the morning. Of course, it comes in many different flavors as i mentioned, but for me i like the original flavor. Actually, its also like "cream of wheat", i don't know if u r familiar with that one also.
