There was a gathering of old classmates. A lady tripped and fell during a barbecue. Her friends suggested seeing a doctor, but she was sure that she was fine. If they knew how to identify the signs of a stroke, she might still be with everyone now.

In fact, stroke has precursors and can be prevented.  A neurosurgeon said that if he could reach a stroke patient within three hours, he could completely reverse the consequences of a stroke.

The secret is to identify the problem of stroke and get the patient treated within three hours, which is not difficult.

To identify a stroke,
let us remember the three steps of S, T, and R. Please read and learn!
If people around you cannot recognize the signs of a stroke, the stroke patient will suffer severe brain damage.

Just ask three simple questions

S: (Smile)
Ask the patient to smile
The corners of the mouth will droop

T: (Talk)
Ask the patient to say a simple sentence (be organized and coherent) For example: Today is a sunny day.

R: (Raise)
Ask the patient to raise both hands.
One hand will fall off

Note:
Another sign of stroke is: ask the patient to stick out the tongue. If the tongue is "bent" or tilted to one side, it is also a sign of stroke.

If the patient cannot do any of the above four actions, he should call the ambulance  immediately and describe the symptoms to the paramedics!

O Allah provide for our needs with ease now and always.
أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم.
وَكَاَيِّنۡ مِّنۡ دَآبَّةٍ لَّا تَحۡمِلُ رِزۡقَهَا    ۖ اللّٰهُ يَرۡزُقُهَا وَاِيَّاكُمۡ‌‌ۖ وَهُوَ السَّمِيۡعُ الۡعَلِيۡمُ
"And how many a creature carries not its [own] provision. Allah provides for it and for you. And He is the Hearing, the Knowing." [Q29:60]
---
وَكَأَيِّن مِن دَابَّةٍ لاَ تَحْمِلُ رِزْقَهَا

And so many a moving creature carries not its own provision!

...it does not have the ability to gather its provision and ability save it for tomorrow.

اللَّهُ يَرْزُقُهَا وَإِيَّاكُمْ

Allah provides for it and for you.

...Allah allots its provision to it even though it is weak, and makes it easy for it. He sends provision to every creature in the appropriate manner, even the ants in the depths of the earth, the birds in the air and the fish in the sea.
Allah says:
وَمَا مِن دَابَّةٍ فِي الاٌّرْضِ إِلاَّ عَلَى اللَّهِ رِزْقُهَا وَيَعْلَمُ مُسْتَقَرَّهَا وَمُسْتَوْدَعَهَا كُلٌّ فِى كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ

And no moving creature is there on earth but its provision is due from Allah. And He knows its dwelling place and its deposit. . All is in a Clear Book. [Q11:6]

وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ

And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.

...He hears all that His servants say and He knows their every movements.

HOW TO PUT PAYMENT NARRATION IN YOUR BANK TRANSFER IN 2026

Tax is mainly focused on taxable income and this taxable income is basically money paid to you in exchange for a particular service

So if you refuse to put the right payment narration, you may face some problems or even pay more, when filing your T A X Return

If you describe the payment narration correctly, you only pay tax when required... and nothing extra.

1. When a Family member sends you money, they should write

 "Gift / Family support" in the payment narration

2. When a Friend or anyone pays you back the money they owe you, tell them to write:

4. When someone lends you money, he or she should write:

 "Loan received"

5. If you put your own money into a business, write:

"Capital contribution"

6. If you operate a POS and your customers want to make a transfer to you

7. You are a business owner and you sell things
