Ridiculous. You better cool your engine Husnna. Where have I disrespected your maker? Be very very specific because I do not see anywhere I have disrespected anything or anyone. Your attempt to blackmail the admin into voting me off the site is typical of the kind of intolerance ascribed to certain folks world wide.  You are sounding like a terrorist already thumping around and giving conditions all over as if you have that kind of muscle.
Be honest with yourself, what have I said that is false?

And Dan Borno what is wrong with that? I am a religious commentator, and any religion is fair game. What does religion need protection from? You know, this past Sunday, both CNN and FOX News aired several hours of documentary about Christianity, it early beginning, early challenges, struggles, its theology, mysteries, myths, and everything else about the faith.  For hours, this documentary explored Christianity's history, controversies, sects such as the Gnostics and Eastern Mysticism and how they relate or don't relate to Christianity. I watched these hours of historical and academic documentary in the homes of my Christian friends, and I noticed nobody was uncomfortable. They never once changed the channel, get mad, or refuse to watch. If anything they were so drawn into the documentary regardless of what was presented.
Afterwards, I asked myself how come they were not afraid to see their religion put in the limelight like that? How come they are never afraid to see their religion under such scrutiny. On the other hand, the minute the slightest thing in Islam is questioned, every muslim (especially Nigerian ones and Arabs) become so apprehensive and begin spoiling for war. What is the fear? Please tell me this, what are you all so afraid of? What are you afraid that people might see?

I have never seen any detailed academic documentary or expose' that questions or puts Islam to scrutiny in the slightest sense. And we know why such a documentary has never been done. Nobody wants to incur the wrath of Muslims Worldwide.

I am not a Muslim hater as some people here want to suggest. I call it as I see it. I have seen Islam haters. For instance that Nigeriaworld discussion forum where Waziri was practically chased away from, contained some big time haters of Islam, and they do not disguise their loath for Islam. I on the other hand am far from that. All I do is report what is true, and it offends people.

But more importantly Dan Borno before you go seconding a useless vote, what wrong have I done? What lies in my post have I told? You say your religion extols people to speak the truth, well, what lies have I told? And if I have told no lies, why are you angry? And why would you want me off the forum for speaking truthfully?

Husnna does not have to begin an independent thread calling for my expulsion. she could have made her case in the thread that I opened about the failed effort of those terrorist Palestinians who tried to slaughter innocent people during Easter and passover weekend. But of course she couldn't do so there so she opened a new thread calling for a ridiculous vote. Truth is bitter they say by the way. 

I have been very annoyed by New Ete in some of his posts. However trying to vote him off is the same as running away.
If this is a serious forum his points must be answered.
If what he says is untrue, expose it.
If there is truth in it it should be admitted and deplored, not denied.

Sadly, many people on this forum refuse to admit that many wicked things are done in the name of religions.

Keep out of this Dave. I have noticed that when ever there was a fracas on this board, you stay out of it. I dont know why u are involving yrself in this one. Secondly, if u really feel Ete should stay, advise him to be more respectful in all aspects of his communications with ppl on this board. There are certain etiquettes which are inherently part of good breeding and gentlemanly behavior when one is interacting with other ppl, all of which Ete is lacking. I suggest you teach them to him.
Ete is nothing but mischievous. His argument is one and the same in all his threads. Ppl have responded to them times without number. He doesnt want to listen, he doesnt want to know, he doesnt want to differentiate between what Islam is and what Islam is not. He always tries to stir up trouble. He can do so until he is blue in the face for all I care. But let him not disrespect Allah's Name either directly or by implication. It will not be tolerated!! 

You are quite right. New Ete's posts are rude , mischevious and often offensive. I had a strong go on this forum at him a while ago because of them. He is trying to annoy and offend. He is obviously succeeding and probably enjoying your reaction. The best response is to respectfully answer all his points while encouraging him to put them in a more reasonable manner.
There are a number of substantive points in his ramblings which require serious answers.

Husnna, without beating about the Bush, show me where I have disrespected Allah. I previously asked you to show proof of this accusation in my posting above, and you've not been able to do so. What does that say about you? All you have done is blow hot air but when it comes down to it you cannot back anything up with fact. So I ask you again, where in my post did I insult Allah?

But more puzzling to me is how you declare that it will not be tolerated if I insult Allah. So help me understand here. Are you Allah's defender? Are you implying that Allah needs you to defend him? Or are you implying that Allah cannot personally deal with all those who actually insult him? I would like some clarification on that because if that is the case, all atheists would be dead by now. They even deny the existence of Allah, and are not dead. Could any insult be greater than that?

The Koran and hadeeth give documented accounts of how Arabs tribes used to laugh and mock the Prophet when he began preaching. They didn't believe a word of what he said. As a matter of fact, when those Arab tribes journeyed to the Kabba for their annual pilgrimage (at the time, the kabba was a pagan temple that housed many pagan gods) they used to post people on the roads at different intersections to warn others that there was a mad man in Mecca claiming to be a prophet of Allah. They took out paid ads against Mohammed and ridiculed him as much as possible. I did not invent these stories, they are well documented, but my question is, why weren't these obnoxious pagans dead? It is apparent that they were not just mocking or insulting the prophet, but by extension, the one that sent the prophet. There are no records that they all were struck dead mysteriously. The only time they died was when the Prophet and his army went to war against them and killed them in numbers to establish his autonomy over the lands of Arabia.

So Husnna, when you go off and threaten that such and such will not be tolerated, what exactly do you mean? Be clear and specific. Are you going to go kill somebody because you feel offended?
As Dave said, if what I say is false, disprove it.  You talk about etiquette and how I lack sensitivity in all. Bullshit! No matter how I presented my submissions, it would still have been offensive to the likes of you. Admit it, you are afraid and paranoid, and your outburst does not even add up. The world you want to live in Husnaa is a world where nobody asks any question about Islam. In your ideal World, everybody says very flowering things about Islam. Nobody asks any difficult or probing question. Everybody praises the koran and the prophet and everything else is very Islamic. In that World, all discussions are positively extolling the goodness of Islam. Everyone agrees with everything. Girl, that is LA-LA land. That is dreamland, and we live in the real world. People have to deal with fanatical Muslims don't they? People have to deal with insane clerics issuing fatwahs all over and calling for the murder of innocent people in western countries. I have to deal with the fact that sooner or later some of your relatives in the north will become inspired to take to the streets and kill several hundreds of innocent people over and over again without consequence while you and others keep mute and silently endorse the horror. Why can't you deal with me then? All I do is speak truthfully not kill innocent people, and you find that unbearable? You need to check yourself then because it may confirm what the so called Muslim haters have been saying all along.

You win no debates by being rude and offensive. You may have good points to make and good questions to ask but you are just wasting an opportunity for them to be dealt with seriously.
Do you hate all Moslems? I think you should ask yourself that question. If you do there is no point in talking to you. In my experience Moslems are just the same mixture of good and bad as are all human beings of any religion and none.

Husnaa, you keep mouthing off about your upbringing and about how polished you are. Please spare me the self exaltation. All I have asked you over and over is to show me where I insulted Allah. I am still waiting, and you've not been able to provide proof of such false claims.
The repeat threat of banning from this forum is really boring me out of my wits. If I am banned (as if I care) I'll simply join the Nigeriaworld Forum where free speech and intellectual discourse is welcomed. There, Islam bashing is highly encouraged as long as the points made are true, and they usually are. Furthermore, they are a fair and balanced forum. Just to show you how fair they are, Waziri was never kicked out despite his several aggravating commentaries, especially the part where he claims intellectual superiority over everyone. He does that in every forum I have noticed. But in any case, noone threatened him, no one voted him off the site.
I have no doubt that the wimpish administrator might actually succumb to pressure from you and others who are too scared to openly call for my expulsion. 
Dave, my purpose is not to be liked by all. I am going to voice my opinion regardless as long as I know I am voicing the truth. So far, nobody here has been able to disprove anything I have said. The very posting that sparked the 'riot' is totally factual. Check it out yourselves.

I just can't stand when people try to sweep the truth under the rug, and then claim to have good upbringing. Husnna is damn fraud! Where is the positive upbringing there? Total fraud! They want to bury the truth and skew facts because it torments them. Ban me? Forget you....like I care. Ban me, I'll go where I'll be welcome with open arms anyway. Not like I was getting anything out of this site anyhow. Shioor!!!!!!
