Aiight two dayz ago, was in nija,,and i spent  a week there, and i went to eight towns, villages and cities all together,,,and as i pass by many rural areas...especially on the way to Kano-Borno.....i see that thers's electricity and water and all..... improvement....

but everything is moving soooo slow........soooo many unfinished projects....where i reside....isnt half as blessed in terms of natural resources and good land as nigeria is....but u  cant even compare here and nija.....the difference is embarassingly just too much...

The main problem na Nija is the lootin' thats going on!
For example....out of $10 a nigerian will  loot $8 or  $9 and work with $1  or $2.... buying fake materials n all.... sometimes they loot the whole thang and leave projects unfinished.....

I visited a school in my Village...a primary skool..... and i taught a class Maths......man those young kids were soooooo intellignet.....so bright... but 1/3 of the class were sittin on the cold floor. The only bench they have is missing a leg, and yet they still sit on it! the black board was just chopped off!!!

Man these are like kids, the future of nija that are learning under these unbearable conditions!!! 80 students in just one tiny class!!!! haba! what are the " " responsible for these doing!!! Man the kids were so innocent, so lovely so pure and lively.... that day, i vowed to stay dedicated to my local community, especially anything concerning  little children!!!!
Amma Allah ya sawake kawai!

Well 4eva Nija will b critised..its either we have 2 much or too little of everything....ok Ful........ous. U r absolutley ryt no doubt. I still get ur point. I know how sad it cud b......

But lemme digress things a lil bit 'ere & highlight mamasita..............Ok u didnt actually point out ur fingers on whueva........but I TAKE IT ..ITS D GOVT RTY? :-/ (She signs) when will ppl juss stop blamin d govt.

Let me ova analyse d situation 'ere........takin 4 instaces skool kids without desk: & where u stated one had just one leg stand...........Who broke it? No teacher will juss come in grab a chair & delibrately break it......(how mental is that)? Who broke it? !!!!!! Students of course. U will see major projectasy's done by govt...supplying free note books 2 kids,....wat du u have @ d end....paper aeroplanes, chalk provided by govt...wat du u have @ d end...drawings... tables & chairs.....well bringin manner in2 consideration......none wud pull out a sit gently & sit down properly..some kids got their leg on d chair & body on table...tables..mhmm d gurls use it 4 table dancin or drummin..Yet u blame govt!!!!!!

Ok I dunno a zilch....about whether we gain or lack resources these days.... ok......4 fake products it happens everywhere not Nija only...tell me about fake designer bags.....comin from places like Italy....so that happens everywhere..in a way its their own way of makin a livin.

Electricity......if we pay all tax & standard charges for bill xcetra obviously things wud b diff. Yeah we r being deprived of electricity........but lets include ourselves in sheer neglect when we dont pay bills ...how we gon get frequent electricity huh?

IF D GOVT SHUD GO WRONG IN ANYTHING....WE D CITIZENS GO RYT AFTER THEM!!!
Despite ur slammin, am still jammin!!!

Kwarai da gaske maganarki tabbas. Ni aganina gwannati suna aiki sosai. Aman duk dai kowa da over looking facts din that they have trully helped out. Amman dai, har ila yau basu kokaratan ba sosai. Me gwannatin mu suka yi don kara investment na kasa. Sai dai kuji ana wane kaza yani donation na million kaza wanda a karshe ke shiga aljuhun wane kaza ba?
We lack resources, ance muna da mai, in banda crisis din petrol ni banga wani major finance ya yake kawowa ba wajen taimakawa kasar nigeria.
I dont think development is the problem of Nigeria. but who are the developers and how can we develop Nigeria?

Salam....

Um.......ita ?, yes the kids broke the bench.. but how long was the bench broken? ?? in ?whatever case, the bench HAS to be replaced! the board is chopped off..why, coz it has been there for a madd long time....no maintenance...

I talked to a teacher in that skool....she complained that they dont get enough $$$$$ from the government to fix up all these things....and u blame the kids for the skool being all messed up? ? gurl puh-leaz!
?
in ma government ya ba kudin maintenance, ana eating insu before the money reaches its destination!!! along the chain, the money reduces...har when the money is like almost nothing, sai yayi reaching inda kamata.
honey, yes ana fake stuffs everywhere,,,amma na nija is worse... yadda or not... for example, other places zaa samu like 25-35% fake stuff... amma in nija u'd find 55-69% fake stuff.....
look.... some business peeps came here from nija not long ago...not mentioning names.... they wanted a particular product here... so they went around looking for the cheapest quality of that particular product. And they purchased the product that was used for animals...and wanted to take it back to nija just so that they could make a HUGE profit....

and those peeps were so able to buy the good quality products, but still didnt want to...... Allah ya kiyaye....

Husna...gov suna aiki ko? pls list down HOW many things aka yi so far....
Where I am, I can list down hundreds upon hundreds of things the gov did within one year and yet they are not half as rich as Nija is....
I went to Burkina Faso for hols....claimed to be the 3rd poorest counrty in the world......but it is soooo much ORGANIZED than nija...

Ana aiki a nija, i noticed improvements when i was there, but still.....the difference aint as it should be. We got the resources, we got da man power, we got da brain power, we got da dough, we got everything... amma babu gaskiya, babu organization.....

any wayz don wanna get into this too much....but its bout time we wake up!

I cant understand how we can say the ills of Naij today are not as a result of poor economic policies and poor governance!!

Simple - compare the Buhari and IBB administrations. They were 2 different governments with two different plans for Naij. The people have their share of blame as well but, know that change should come from the top, down, it is very catastropic when it goes from the bottom, up.

As long as Generals in Uniform or Agbada rules Nigeria we would always be backward.

Buhari would be the worst president for Nigeria, he would create fraction and ethnic riots, why aren't any northern Nigerian supporting Balarabe Musa a principle man.

God Bless Nigeria

The main problem in Nigeria is overpopulation there are just to many people and we are still breeding like rats, who would feed these children not the oil money it too small to sustain 150 million

Military rule wuz a lot mo' betta!

i know some will say, "i'm mad"... but i hear that all the time  8)... but really, during military rule economy was better and security was stable....

democracy... hmmm... very very very slow progress for nigeria....

Probably my fault for mentioning Buhari's name in the first place.... i find it easier to get points accross by giving examples.

Now how to fix mother naij is the million $ Q.

First i think we need to device our own method of governance, one that is synonymous with our collective cultures.

The working middle class needs to realize they are the ones that can trully make a difference, they are the ones that can keep a check on the leaders that rule as well as interface seamlessly with the masses. The illiterate villager and poor will sell their votes for a 'buck' any day any time while the leaders up there are blinded by power. So the middle class are the only ones with enough sanity to make the right choices.

There are loads more that will need to be done, but i will stop here for now.
