i still remember what his excelency said during his speach

"we have maintained friendly co-existance with our nieghbours and shall continue to do so."bakassi peninsula is ours and the people are Nigerians!"
                                          GENERAL SANI ABACHA

well friends we have double-crossed the people of bakassi peninsula
we have given them away to a money-hungry nieghbour just because the white man(oh sorry the white lord) designed the maps for us more than a hundred years ago and for yur kind information bakassi was a kingdom divided with its chief in nigerian boundries

ALLAH YA SAWAKE!

Mallam al_hamza lalle wannan magana daka taso da ita ta dace. Amma yakamata mugane cewa Gen Abacha maganar dayi ba doka bace kuma lokacin dayi wannan maganar case din na kotun duniya.
It is important to realize that even if Nigeria is much stronger, fighting War will get us anywhere.
I am of the belief that the ruling is flawed but it did address the issue at stake.
Nigeria has plenty of Oil fields some 100 times the size of bakassi, but the people there have nothing to show for it.
Abinda da ya cancanta govt Nigeria ta yi shine, securing an assurance from the ICJ that the inhabitants of bakassi are not treated unjustly or we will neglect the ruling.
Allah si rabamu da sharrin yaki.
Amin

I don`t think there is any patriotic Nigerian, I mean it`s difficult to even Imagine it. I thought I am alone. You see, there is no patriotic Nigerian, not d selfish leaders, d currupt followers, and the wretched and illitrate citizens. I wish Nigeria could start all over by default.
