some thing equal to hajj

assalamu alaikum
brothers and sistas in islam i would lik to pass on this great message from the great at prophet of islam muhammad(saw) to his great ummah  he has istructd us 2 Do 5 acts before Sleeping"

As-Salaamu Alykoum
Once...Prophet Muhammad (Sal-lal-laaho-Alaih-e-W-sallam), said to Ali

(razi-Allaho-anho): Ali ! Do 5 acts daily before Sleeping;
     Give 4000 Dinar in Alms/sacrifice (sadqaa).
     Read entire Qur'aan once daily before sleeping,
     Pay price for Jannah,
     Make a truce/peace between two fighting men,
     Perform a Hajj before sleep daily.
Then Ali (razi-Allaho-anho) requested

Ya'RasoolAllah (Sal-lal-laaho-Alaih-e-W-sallam)...! It is very hard to
do...how can I do all this? Prophet Muhammad
(Sal-lal-laaho-Alaih-e-W'sallam) replied:
Read "Sura-e-Fatiha" 4 times.....Its equal to 4000 dinars
Alms/sacrifice (sadqaa).
      Read "Sura-e-Ikhlaas" 3 times....Its equal to reading entire
Qur'aan one time.
      Read "Durood-e-Ibrahimi" 10 times.....Its equal to paying price of
Jannah.
      Read "Astagfaar" (Astagfaar =Astag firul'lahaa rabbi min kul'ly
zanmbin w'atubu elaihe) 10 times.....It's equal to making truce/peace
between 2 fighting men.
     Read "4th Kalima" 4 times.....It's equal to performing Hajj.
