I just want to know what works. No gory details. There's one I saw being hawked by this dodgy looking chap with a fake arab accent at the newstand opposite the post office the other day. It was packaged in a small box about the size of a pack of cigarettes with the name "karya gado" and some lewd drawing of you guess what. The guy said I could try it and pay him later but I passed.
I couldnt stop laughing.

but i heard its very effective?  :wink:

One advice:Never buy those things from street hawkers.
You might end up buying a hard drug.

Seriously,if you want something that really works.
Take 2 tablespoons of honey in half a cup of warm water
every morning.
Honestly it is very effective.

There's also a kind of packaged honey sold at pharmaceutical
stores (costs not more than 1500 naira).It is a concoction of Queen bee honey,Royal jelly,Black seed (Cumin) and some herbs.......try it. 8)

ohhhh yeah...guys pls keep us posted in here....we need some furmulae on this stuff....some well experimented, tried and confirmed stories i mean......but i think herbs infact do improve on that aspect of our lives...
