Cost of living

Hi everyone and anyone,
                                      I have been offered a job in Nigeria starting In Jan 2004. I have a salary but also speninding money of 100.000N. Can anyone tell me if this is O.K. to live on. What is the cost of:-
petrol
beer
clothes
food - buy in supermarket
food - eat out
Any other form of entertainment.

PS the job is around Port Harcourt.
