Malek narrated from the son of SHIHAB,frpm 'URWA BEN Az-Zubair 'Abdur-Rehman ben 'Abdul Qari|(May Allah be pleased with them) that he said|: I went out with "Umar ben Al-Khattab(May Allah be pleased with him) during Ramadhan in the mosque.The people were praying in different groups.One man is praying alone, another is praying with a group of (around eight men).'Umar(May Akkah be pleased with him) said by Akkah.I believe if these gather around one reciter would be better.He gathered them and let Ubai ben'Ka'b to lead  them with the  prayer. He said: I went out with him another night, and the people were praying with thier reciter (Ubai ben'ka'b). used he said .This is a good innovation , and prayimg in the latter part  of the night, when you go to sleep is better than the time you pray on, which is the early part of the night.
