I have noticed that most restaurants in the north fill their food with oil.
There's a popular food chain Al Amir restaurant. The food is so oily that the mere sight turns me off. However people love the restaurant.

i have tested the food, gogannaka has also tested the continental
dishes in that restaurant, infact, chit-chat administrator confessed
(PM attached) that the dishes are not only wonderful but extremely
delicious, so, any call or an attempt to attempt to drive away
customers will met a heavy steel door of resistance.
