Nigeria population is false. Why do I say so, We have travel to every village and town in Nigeria. Here are figure we collected about Villages , town and Cities. This figure show the number of vilaage and town in the state. and also include the names.. If you doubt me go to your state and type any village, It took us 5 years to complete this program..

Take for example kastina state IBB govt said it was 3.8million in population but our find with picture show that kastina state has only 883 village, town, and cites... Here below you find the list. while osun state was said to have 2.2million population but our finding show that Osun state has 1441 villages, town and cities,. And that the four cities in Osun state of Ife, Osogbo, Ilesha, Iwo, ede was more populated than the first four of kastina state. of Katsina, fuatua and maluafashi.

Our research also. show that North villages where less populated than south villages.. we have area picture to show every village size from sky view. One of the technology we use is is call earth view. Using satellite image to calculate population. If you do not believe that the population of south is more than the North. You can order for a earthview. which is the same technology CNN, BBC are using to zoom view into Iraq. Showing the building in the Cities, and from this, we can prove that the north is less populated than the south. The Days that the North claim they are more than the south is over. we have satellite view. which we are ready to share. This satellite view we obtain from NASA under the public to know act. . We have satellite image picture of all Nigeria village and town up to January 2004. So the lies that Katsina state is 3.8 million is a lie. from our calculation kastina state in 1988 would have been about 2.6 million. Osun state would have beeen about 3.0 million. Sokoto state 1.7 million ,Jigawa 2.3 m, Bauchi 4.1 million kebbi state 1.5 million. Kano state 4.2 million, Kaduna state 4.8 million , Pleatea 3.9 million Adamawa state 3.3m Kogi state 3.0m , Benue 3.4. Ondo state 4.3 million . Oyo state 5.4 million,
Imo state 3.2 million, abia state 2.6 Kwara state 2.8 million, cross river state 2.6 million/. Akwa Ibom state 2.5 million Lagos 7.1 m, , river 3.5 Million. etc

But why would you doubt my figure, Do you think Katsina state is 3.8 million.. How can that be. Kastina town has only 7 major road. And you can go thru the all town in one hour. fuatua has only 8 primary school. Malumfashi as only 9 primary school. I would provide you picture privately if you want and see for yourself the thru

see picture of village with 10,000 people

http://www.hausavoices.com/cards/village.jpg

Another example is bebeji town, IBB claim this town have 58,000 people, Please see this town and tell me if it as 58,000.

http://www.hausavoices.com/pictures/bbj.htm

Example

Danja LG
Number Of Households 18055
Male Population 49461
Female Population 49063
Total Population 98524

Here all the village under Danja Local govt
Dabai
Danja
Jiba
Kahutu
Tandama
Tsaugamuwa
Yakaji

IBB claim each village is about 15,000 each, that the population is 98524 , It can be , when we got to this villages. .. this local govt has less than 10,000, All the

Dabai had 23 house
Danja 49 house
Jiba 31 houses
Kahutu 18 house
Tandama 26 house
Tsaugamuwa 35 house
Yakaji 23 house

This was said by IBB to have 98524. I would pay for your fee to see this local govt.

Take for example Adamawa state poplation, I am going to compare two local govt.

Headquarter Mayo-Belwa
Number Of Households 24937
Male Population 61694
Female Population 63379
Total Population 125073
Area (SqKm) 1768.2132
Population Density 71

Headquarter Numan
Number Of Households 17472
Male Population 44849
Female Population 42719
Total Population 87568
Area (SqKm) 905.2877
Population Density 97

IBB said that Numan is less populated than Mayo belwa. It is not possible. In Mayo belwa local govt there is only one primary school and one secondary school. While Numan have 7 primary school and 4 secondary. (Only of them an FGC.). Mayo belwa is just 2 street. the other villages are just harlet. There is only one clinic with no doctor in Mayo belwa. But numan have have a at least 7 hosiptal and a general hospital. But IBB said that Numan was 87568 and Mayo belwa was 125073 . But mayo belwa local govt has less than 20,000 people ... Why you may ask, because of political motive. You see in Adamawa state there fulani in the state, so there is war between the people and the fulani. The Governor is a no fulani. So all fulani village where increase in population to give. the impression that the fulani are in majority which is not true, Numan people are an ethinic group call Bachama. they are in four local govt. The governor is from the group, reason why they want him out. Mayo is so small, that a blind man who see that numan is more than it. All election cancel in adamawa state are local govt with no fulani population. because the Governor won in all of this local govt.
Population is use to determine ethinic politices, which should not. My figure is accurate.

IF you doubt me pick any local govt apart the 3 I talk about in kastina and type on your search engine the name of the local govt and the word village , you would find article reference to them as villages

Here are the lis list below for Kastina and ever other state would follow.

dear guest.
I really do admire your determination in exposing "falsehood". I however do not understand why you are raising this issue at the moment. For one, if anything, the fradulent census endorsed by IBB was condeucted in 91 not 88 if my memory serves me right. Second, IBB did not physically say Katsina has so so, rather the NPC chairman is to blame. If one were to view Nigeria from Space, he will see the North being almost twice the size of the East and the West combined.  It is inconceivable that this huge land mass which fertile will not be inhabited by people. Also, counting the number of significan cities, Northern states have more per state. Ie Jigawa has hadejia, gumel, dutse etc. katsine has Funtua, daura, Malufashi and KT itself. same goes for states like Yobe kaduna, Kogi and Benue.
Verdict: Your analysis is subjective and has not supporting evidence.
Alas, It's OBJ turn to conduct census in 2001, he did not which contravenes constitutional law.
I dont know whaat say. I am flattered

It is nice to see a Notherner who is understanding and whow is willing to discuss issue without raise insult.  I think we need my people like you around. I would like to correct the state you made that all part of the North is fertile. the last time I check, close to 30% where unfertile due to deforestation, and Desert wind have been a major problem in the North. I have been to all time in The North and south. I would love us to use Kastina that you mention and Oyo as case study..

Katsina State 3,878,344 with  24192 sq Km,  Oyo State  3,488,789 with 28454 sq km

Let us Look at the figure and Ask ourself if justice is been done, according to our sharia law, where justice is what we want.  First you would see that Oyo state has more land size than Katsina state.  But the 1988 population Said that Katsina state is more populated than Oyo state. Could this be true. I would say No. Why do I say no, because the City of Ibadan allow when put together  is more populated than  Kastina town at least seven time. I live and did my national service in Kastina town, It is small, we all know the number of school in the town, If you have ever visited Kastina town, you would know what I am talking about. I did visit Funtua, daura and malumfashi. And all of this town are small than Kastina town. So i would say with confident that Kastina,Funtua, daura, Malufashi all put together would be less populated than Ibadan City. I was able to travel all over katsina.  Now talk about Oyo city and town. Like Ogbomosho, Oyo, Saki, Iseyin, Igbati.
If you have ever been to daura, by 7 pm, the whole town would be silent, nobody in site. the 1988 figure put daura as follows

Headquarter Daura
Number Of Households 15076
Male Population 41028
Female Population  39482
Total Population 80510

So daura is really small. about the size of Fiditi in Oyo state, Please visit both town to compare size. I am willing to pay for your trip.
When you talk of Malumfashi, the equal in Oyo state would be Igbati. You have Funtua which would have a population close to Saki. You need to see all this town Please I am willing to take you around the two state, and we would compare, I would pay for the Trip, including accomodation.... We would also have a vedio camera along to show the difference.  You still would have Ogbomosho, Oyo and Ibadan not accounted for. I would say, Oyo town and Kastina Are about the same size.

So we would have in term of equivalent remaining Ibadan and Ogbomosho which was not counted....  If you doubt I am willing to pay for the trip and accomodation in both state.

The 1988 population said Kastina was more density in population than Oyo state , It is not possible. if Kastina is said to be 3.8m, than oyo state would be 9m.

alhaji_aminu

Hello my friend.
Before I reply to what your wrote earlier, i'll like to point out something. You seem to have this stereotypical view of northerners, which is they resolve to insults when confronted with an argument. That, my friend is not true. Just like i'll not agree that all yorubas are racist (if u know what i mean), you must not  treat all northerners as imbeciles. Secondly, just because I replied to you with a view that opposes yours doesn't make me a northerner. Truth is, I might not even be Nigerian.
Ok that is that.
............. Common guest you now better than comparing oyo state with Katsina state. We have all heard and agree that Ibadan used to be the largest city in S-S africa. That is a fact. But then apart from Ibadan there really isnt there any other substantial massively populated city in the southwest, of which Lagos, politically is not part of.
to be fair, one ought to compare Kano with oyo and here in lies the trick. Whilst Oyo's influence and power has been waning over the years, that of kano has been growing because of the business opportunity and the heavy influx of people from the south, including oyo. That enough tells you which ought to be growing and the census of 1963 and subsequent coounts comfirm that.
Agreed oyo is more populated than katsina but less populated than kano. Ogun has approximately as many people as that in old  kaduna. Osun has roughly the same with Old sokoto. Ondo is perhaps smaller, population wise, than Gongola state; and that's it guest. the other states in the north Borno, Kwara and bauchi, Benue were not even mentioned yet the population only 4 states have checkmated your S_W states, minus Lagos.
To me, it seems, sounds, looks, feels and indeed it is logical that the north is more populated than the south.
Is there fraud in the counting? Absolutely. but not restricted to the north alone.
That, I believe in guest and God help me if I am wrong.
CIAO mon ami.

Anonymous

Mr,

Kano state 5.6m with land 20,760 Sq. Km Oyo State 3.4m with 28454 sq km .

So when you see the figure you can see that Oyo state have more land state than Kano.

Now compare Oyo state and kano.   Oyo state is more populated than Kano. Why do I say so. because apart from kano city, thier is no other major big  town in kano state. and two  There are more number of village and town in Oyo state than kano state...  Please visit Ibadan and Kano before you conclude.   and make your judgement.  there less than 1200 village and town in  kano state, while oyo state has over 2000 village and town .

And you claim that there is no substantial massively population in the south west. Have you ever been to the south west... You can not go from a minite on major road without seen villages, but in the north you can go for hour while driving without seen anything.  And you also claim lagos is not part of the west, where is lagos then. You claim that people move to kano from the south. If you have ever been to sabo or Ojo in Ibadan, they you would ask your self if you here in Ibadan or kano..

Quote you. """Borno, Kwara and bauchi, Benue were not even mentioned yet the population only 4 states have checkmated your S_W states, minus Lagos."""""

I also did not mention the other part of the south like Anambra, River, cross river, Edo, delta, Imo, four would cancel out your four and We would have 2 in four of the south..

here are all of the villages and town in kano state please count how many and do me a favour count the number of villages and town in Oyo state..
Oyo state villages and town continue in the next pages

hello guest.
i really must say trying to reason with you is enervating and fruitless. Lest I forget, are you willing to accept the charges i brought against you because you overlooked that portion of the reply and its my belief that your attitude has more to do with what I outlined. In anycase lets do it this way.
You are flip-flopping in your argument. You just wrote that Oyo's size is
28 K sqKM and kano around 20KsqKM.  Ok  lets say that is a good way of determining what the population of an area is. Then would'nt you agree with me that the land north of the Niger is larger than the S_W and E combined?
But that is not the only issue. You are saying Kano has just one large city-IE kano city and that all. You know what? that is true but isn't lagos  a city state also?  or are you suggesting Lagos is smaller than oyo?
The truth is Oyo is  populous but kano is larger.
As you may or may not know the 1952 census put the population of the Northern Nigeria at 54% and the obvious rest to the south.
Now, the North being predominantly muslims, suggesting polygamy is practised, is expected to have a faster population growth than the south.
anecdotal evidence shows muslim countries (in this case N-nigeria) have a much larger population growth than non-muslim countries (s-nigeria).
another argument you are proposing is in using the number of towns to determine population is states.
am not sure where you get your towns list from but even if we are to assume they are real, then isn't it hypothetically possible that all the towns in oyo have 20 inhabitants while the few in kano have millions each? forgive my sarcasm but that is the issue at stake. isn't it?
let me reiterate my earlier pronouncement. The census of 1991 is marred by fraud on both sides.
The north is more populous than the south. period. I don't know why it bothers you so much that you cannot accpet this reality.
Peace.

I never
Peace.

I never flip-flop,  I do believe the North has large land mass, but when it comes to Oyo and kano, Oyo state has more land mass. Period. The whole of the Hausa /fulani  land mass is less than 220,000 sq km.  Most land space in Nigeria belong to the Middle belt. a total of about 400,00 sq km. I am from Kogi state and I do not see my self has a North, I live below the Niger River river. So i see myself has a Southerner, because your people do not see us as Northner, it is only when you want to manipulated Electtion figure that you remember that Stupid Arewa word. which is just your people way of Colonization, Why did you not use the TIV , Igalla word for the North. We are no slave to you... We do not belong to the North.
Do you know the people in Kwara are yoruba. Have you ever been to Ilorin, Jebba, Ofan, Omu oran, Ekiti, Irepodun before. Have you ever been to Kogi state places like kabba, mopa, Isaulu, Lokoja , agbaja, Choko choko, what do you see there are yoruba.
we the Igalla are from the Yoruba origin, that is why we have yoruba tribe mark, and our language is nearly 60% yoruba related. read about our history. so what are you so call northerner left we, Nothing....
The 1952 you mention, was conducted by each region, Check you fact, I just read online.
Like you said all the population census are fraud, your people conducted the fruad. Why did you think buhari was so worried about the national Id, because he knew that the population figure is fraud, that the true will come out.

see picture of village with 1,000,000 people

oh yeah guest you managed atlast to make me laugh. believe me,  I am giggling like a girl at the moment. hahahahahahahahahahahaha.
you dont flip-flop guest, you flop and flip what is the difference? you know better than I do.
The more i read what you write the clearer it becomes to me that you are a demented nit-wit. No offense egbon. Your grouse is not with northern nigerian the entity rather with the hinterland northerners. that is clear from what you say.
But guest this I can assure you, Kogi, the place you come from is and will forever be part of the north. Not my making the British did that. and my claim of your racially charged mentality is starting to manifest itself. You are seeing the population of the SouthWest as Yoruba only. Incase you dont know, there are fulanis in the Ibadan area, how do we count them? This is wrong guest, WRONG. state lines, eventhough imaginary are legally defined and the constitution of nigeria, in the 60's endorsed that.
as for the picture of bebeji, you should be ashamed of yourself. You know that is not the entire story. also, bebeji is lucky enough to be on the internet. Not sure your "choko choko" is?
Guest i am tired of replying to your balderdash. Your arguments are incoherent, evidence is biased and wrong, language is fouled and aggressive and your attitude is not of utopian yoruba chauvanism, so I say: you are the weakest link..................... good bye.
end of story.

lol guest abeg oh! some of these ur latest picture-aided arguments seem very amusing, but could very easily be construed as insulting and ignorant. Nobody here is an authority on these matters. post-independence nigeria has never hasd a legit census, so there's no need for resorting to ethnic slurs and insults. I find it equally ignorant for ppl of either side to vehemently claim that their side is more populous - HOW DO YOU KNOW? So to be frank, I don't know which side is more populous; and i don't think either of you can claim to know w/out exhibiting some form of ignorance. The one thing I do know, is that Nigeria's population as recorded by the last census is LARGER that the reality, as is the case for many other African countries. We all know know the reason y, and that issue is even more important. For if that were solved, we wouldn't be arguing about this, would we? Chill :D

And for the record, guest, I am a southerner.

Mr who do you believe the more, Allah or britain, There is no more North or south. We now have state. So you and wada nas, would are trying to hold on to the Nouth south thing, Should forget it, It is just the Fulani, looking for ways to continue to impose thier wills on people. Have the Hausas ever ask themself, why is that there is no single hausa man that is an Emir, only fulani are emir Over the hausa. Is it because the Hausa can not be Kings????????

When would the Hausa have thier first Emir. ? are the hausa going to be under the fulani for ever????.

This is the way Allah created Nigeria.. Allah used the two river of Niger and benue to divide us, that is the way it would for ever remain. There should be three coountry, Any one who goes against this goes against the will of Allah.
